Smoked Sablefish Dip with Spring Herbs

A simple, fresh herb dip or spread!

Perfectly paired with crisp toast or crackers.



Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

12 ounces Little Dory Smoked Sablefish

1 lemon juiced, more for taste

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt to taste

2 Tablespoons chopped fresh chives

2 Tablespoons chopped fresh dill


Preparation

In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper & paprika.

Roughly chop fresh chives and dill, add to the mix. You may want more fresh herbs or paprika to add color or pep to your dip!

Remove skin from your Little Dory Smoked Sablefish and chop into small pieces. Add to your dip.

Salt to taste and enjoy!
