
Crab Nachos by Sandra Regan
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook and arraignment time: 10 minutes
Serves: 1-2 servings (depending on how hungry you are!)
Ingredients
½ cup Little Dory Seafood Co. cooked crab, picked
½ cup Mexican Shredded Cheese
½ cup Refried Beans
¼ cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Cotija Cheese
2 cups Tortilla Corn Chips
½ sliced Fresh Avocado
Salsa of your choice, either fresh or jar
Preparation
Sprinkle shredded cheese on chips and place on a microwave safe plate and microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute - depending on your microwave. Microwave until the cheese is melted.
Heat refried beans in a pot or skillet. Time to layer!
Pour the refried beans on top of the chips and melted cheese.
Slice the fresh avocado and place it on top of the beans.
Pour the salsa on top of the avocado.
Place the Little Dory Seafood Co. cooked crab meat on top of the beans.
Spoon the sour cream in a ziplock bag. Cut a small corner off the bag. Drizzle the sour cream on top of the crab and get ready to enjoy the best nachos in Mendocino County!
